  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. EVOVAL is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@evoval.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
